| ASSET MANAGEMENT • Help analyze holding or exit strategy options and timing • Eliminate liens, building violations and other encumbrances • Physical inspection of asset and sub market • Conduct market studies in subject market • Manage and review all leases in place • Work closely with building property management • Reposition troubled assets • Convert obsolete product into highest and best use RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL / RETAIL / HOTEL DEVELOPMENT • Experience in ground up high rise and large conversions of over 500,000 sq. ft. • Strategic planning to determine size, local support, and product mix • Work with local community boards and local elected officials • Detailed scheduling showing critical path time lines • Reposition buildings that have started construction but stopped due to financing • Marketing studies and assessments • Due diligence review • Confirm zoning, variances, and entitlements thought to be in place • Manage design team of architect, structural, MEP and other consultants • Work closely with contractors to meet schedule and control hard costs • Develop marketing plan and work with brokers to hit target rents and absorption • Develop retail space strategy and execute retail leases LAND DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION |
